Women in Super is a not-for-profit organisation that relies on collaboration and engagement with its corporate members and supporters to further our extensive networking, professional development, policy, research and advocacy work on behalf of women employed in superannuation and financial services.

Women in Super began at the Conference of Major Superannuation Funds (CMSF), received funding from CMSF/AIST for many years and is still provided with office space and support from AIST in addition to collaboration on initiatives like the 2014 Women's Super Summit to improve women's retirement outcomes.

We seek to create long-term partnerships within the superannuation industry and with government, unions, employers and industry based organisations and bodies. More recently Women in Super has actively sought to embark on more formal corporate membership programs.
