As a not-for-profit organisation, the long-term relationships that we create with our corporate members and industry partners are critical to our success. They allow us to further our extensive networking, professional development, policy, research and advocacy work on behalf of women employed in the superannuation and wider financial services sectors.
Corporate membership involves an organisation signing up a number of their female employees who can then benefit from the extensive value additions that the Women in Super network offer. To learn more about how we can benefit you and your employees, contact Executive Officer, Sandra Buckley on sbuckley@womeninsuper.com.au.
Women in Super is changing the face of superannuation in Australia. From working with government leaders at the highest level, to enriching the personal and professional development of our members, the benefits and opportunities that WIS offer can be life and career-changing.
Few organisations nationally have the capacity to make such a monumental impact on every-day Australians. WIS on the other hand, has the capacity to change the lives of millions of people by contributing to Australia’s superannuation policy debate and improving retirement outcomes of women.
Being involved with WIS means being involved in something bigger – a movement of change.
But it’s not just on the political stage that we’re making an impact. We’re also dedicated to delivering outstanding value and career-changing opportunities to our members by acting as the catalyst to increase leadership, career development and personal potential.
Members can take advantage of the large calendar of events that are run throughout the year as well as our annual National Road Show which brings thought provoking presentations to a wide audience across the country. WIS also runs networking events at key industry conferences including CMSF, ASFA and ACSI.

Women in Super was born out of the industry super fund movement. Members must be female and employed (or active) in the superannuation or wider financial services sectors.
As per the Constitution, the Board has the discretion to admit members who do not satisfy these requirements, and albeit rare, this is undertaken on a case by case basis.
