Women in Super will be participating in The Observership Program in 2019 which provides a young, talented and energetic individual with training and practical experience on a not-for-profit board. This structured program gives the participant a learning experience like no other and ongoing networking opportunities to create a passionate and motivated community of future leaders. It will involve sitting on the Women in Super Board for a 12-month period as a non-voting member. If you would like to learn more about this program, or are considering applying to be an observer, please click here.
