what we do

Women in Super (WIS) is a not for profit national organisation founded by women working in the all-profit-to-members superannuation sector.

With over 2,000 members across Australia, we believe in connecting, inspiring and supporting women in the finance and superannuation sector to reach their potential, grow their career and achieve their aspirations.

For over 20 years WIS has been committed to improving access to superannuation for women through advocating for better retirement outcomes and collaborating with industry partners on research projects and advocacy campaigns.

WIS members created and have continued to organise the Mother's Day Classic, a fun walk/run held across Australia on Mother’s Day. To date we have proudly raised $30.4 million for breast cancer research.
