All proceeds from the Mothers Day Classic are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and since inception in 1998 the event has raised over $2.4 million for breast cancer research. The money raised has been used to fund a number of scholarships for vital breast cancer research, as well as making a contribution to the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s general research program.
