Volunteer
The Mothers Day Classic represents a major workload for Women in Super, the majority of which is carried out voluntarily by members. Without the support of the Mothers Day Classic organising committees and the organisations for which the members work, the event would not be possible.
The Mothers Day Classic is mainly organised by volunteers, relying on the generosity of individuals giving time and support to ensure each year is a success.
The Mothers Day Classic is a great event to be involved in as a volunteer on the day. Thousands of participants are running or walking to raise money for breast cancer research and you have the opportunity to contribute in a small way to the efficient running of the event. The volunteers are well briefed and supported. Everyone pitches in and there is enormous personal reward for your effort. Helena, WIS VIC Member
