In the face of constant challenges and continuous change, many of us struggle to keep ourselves and others positive and motivated at work. And when disengagement grows, team and organisational environments can become unpleasant and toxic, eroding productivity and performance. We would all rather, of course, be part of a positive and thriving team. One where we feel energised and motivated. One where we feel we are appreciated, learning and growing.
Join Women in Super for this practical and active members-only workshop, where Professor Anne Lytle, Director of Leadership at Monash Business School, will explore the drivers of sustainable performance. Specifically, she’ll detail concrete actions any individual can take, regardless of their role or level, to contribute to the creation of a thriving work environment!
