Join Women in Super for our annual breakfast at the ASFA Conference in Sydney featuring guest speaker Mary Murphy, Chief Digital Officer, First State Super.

From her first job in super at the age of 18, Mary has built a successful career, navigating the changes and challenges along the way as she has witnessed the rapid growth and transformation of what is now a trillion dollar industry. Drawing on insights from her own career, Mary will speak candidly about her journey, the importance of remaining relevant and adapting to a constantly changing work environment.

About Mary Murphy - Mary Murphy is a passionate advocate for the role superannuation and financial advice services play in improving the retirement outcomes for all Australians. It is this passion that has driven her throughout her 30 years in the industry. During this time she has worked in both operations and marketing-based roles, leading major projects and significant change programs to improve the services and experience offered to members and clients. Mary is currently the Chief Digital Officer at First State Super and is responsible for leading the fund's digital transformation program to support the changing needs and expectations of members. She is also responsible for leading the fund’s Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs functions.
