WIS NSW: Speed Mentoring 2026

Access to senior women leaders can be difficult to find, particularly when you're building your career and looking for honest advice about the path ahead. 

Women in Super NSW's Speed Mentoring 2026 gives members the opportunity to connect directly with experienced women leaders from across the financial services and superannuation sectors. 

Through small-group mentoring sessions, participants will hear candid perspectives on career development, leadership, navigating challenges and the decisions that shape a career. The format creates space for open conversations and questions – including the things you may not have had the opportunity to ask elsewhere. 

Participants will take part in timed 20-minute rotations, connecting with two to three mentors selected at random. With small groups and dedicated networking time, the event is designed to encourage genuine conversations, new connections and practical insights that members can take into their own careers. 

Whether you're looking to broaden your professional network, explore different career pathways or gain a clearer perspective on your next step, Speed Mentoring provides an opportunity to learn directly from women who have built successful careers across the industry.

How it works 

Participants will join small-group mentoring conversations, with 20-minute rotations providing the opportunity to connect with two to three mentors throughout the event. 

Mentors will share their experiences, insights and lessons learned, while participants have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the issues that matter to their own career development. 

There will also be time for informal networking throughout the event.
