Speed mentoring with women leading in super – real talk, real insights 

Career development doesn't happen in isolation. Conversations with experienced leaders can shape the way we think about our careers, broaden our perspective and provide practical insights that help us navigate new opportunities and challenges. 

Women in Super VIC's Speed Mentoring event brings together senior women from across the superannuation and financial services sector for an afternoon of candid conversations, practical advice and meaningful professional connections. 

Through a series of small-group mentoring sessions, members will have the opportunity to connect directly with four experienced mentors, each bringing a different perspective on leadership, career progression and the evolving superannuation industry. These conversations are designed to be open, practical and engaging, giving members the chance to ask questions, hear honest reflections and gain insights that extend beyond the day-to-day demands of their own role. 

Whether you're building your career, stepping into leadership or looking to broaden your professional network, Speed Mentoring offers a unique opportunity to learn from women leading some of the sector's most influential organisations.

How it works 

Participants will rotate through four 20-minute mentoring conversations in small groups, providing the opportunity to engage directly with four mentors throughout the afternoon. 

Dedicated networking time before and after the mentoring sessions allows members to continue conversations, build new connections and strengthen their professional network.
