Women in Super Lunch & Learn: The Neuroscience of High Performance
Practical Strategies for Everyday Success

High performance isn't about working harder or longer. It's about understanding how to manage your attention, energy and focus – and using that knowledge to work with greater intention.

In today's fast-paced workplace, competing priorities, constant notifications and increasing demands can make it difficult to stay focused and perform at your best. While productivity is often associated with doing more, sustainable high performance is about making better use of the time, energy and attention you already have.

Join Women in Super for a practical Lunch & Learn with Karlie Webster, The CLC Executive Coach, exploring the neuroscience behind high performance and what it means for the way we work every day.

With more than 20 years' experience specialising in culture, leadership, talent and transformation, Karlie brings extensive experience working with leaders and organisations across banking and finance, mining, government, logistics and professional services. She is also a Managing Director of The CLC, a boutique HR consultancy, and an IECL-certified coach with an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership.

Karlie will explore the five essential skills of high performers, with a particular focus on managing your day for greater productivity and impact.

What will you take away?
This practical session will give you:

- A better understanding of the neuroscience behind high performance

- Insights into how attention, energy and focus influence the way you work

- Practical strategies for managing your day more effectively

- Ideas for navigating competing priorities and distractions

- Tools you can apply immediately to improve productivity and impact

- A fresh perspective on what sustainable high performance looks like

Whether you're starting your career, stepping into greater responsibility or leading at a senior level, this session offers practical strategies to help you work smarter – not simply harder.
