Women in Super is proud to announce the recipients of our 2026 scholarships delivered in partnership with Chief Executive Women (CEW), supporting outstanding women leaders across the superannuation sector to further develop their leadership capabilities and influence.

Congratulations to Natalie Lister, Executive Manager – Super Recoveries at Industry Fund Services, who has been awarded the inaugural Women in Super CEW Executive Leaders Scholarship. Selected from an impressive field of applicants, Natalie stood out for her systems-level thinking and her commitment to advancing opportunities for women working in, and served by, the superannuation industry.

Natalie will undertake CEW's Executive Leaders Program, a bespoke and immersive leadership experience designed to strengthen executive presence, influence and impact.

We also congratulate Georgie Obst, General Manager – Digital at HESTA, and Samantha Baden, General Manager – Communication & Community at Rest, who have been awarded the Women in Super CEW Leaders Scholarships for 2026.

As scholarship recipients, Georgie and Samantha will participate in the CEW Leaders Program, an evidence-based leadership development program designed to support women preparing for executive leadership roles.

Women in Super CEO Jo Kowalczyk said the calibre of applications was exceptional.

‘Women in Super is proud to partner with CEW to support and elevate outstanding women leaders across the superannuation and financial services sector. Our 2026 scholars demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, innovation and creating positive change for women within their organisations and the broader community.’

Congratulations to Natalie, Georgie and Samantha. We look forward to following their leadership journeys and the impact they will continue to make across our industry.
