Women in Super and FEAL are proud to partner with Future IM/Pact to offer three scholarships for the 2026 LevelUP program, an intensive leadership and career development opportunity designed for women aspiring to senior roles in investments and closely related fields. 

LevelUP is a four-month program that combines leadership profiling, coaching, mentoring, peer learning and practical development opportunities to help participants build confidence, expand their networks and accelerate their careers. 

Past participants consistently describe the program as transformative, with all 2025 participants agreeing it provided valuable tools and insights to support their leadership progression. 

Three scholarships are available, each covering the full program fee, valued at $5,900 + GST. 

The scholarships are open to women working in superannuation investment teams, including senior analysts, assistant portfolio managers and professionals in adjacent areas such as trading, investment risk and ESG. 

Participants will benefit from: 

• Three full-day leadership workshops in Sydney 

• Networking opportunities with senior investment industry leaders 

• Individual coaching sessions 

• Personality profiling and tailored feedback 

• Practical leadership resources and development tools 

• Ongoing support to help translate learning into career growth
