You'll also get to learn more about Your Leadership Voice, a transformational program for female leaders. This program has been designed to help management and executive-level women, or those aspiring, to build their communication skills and confidence while also enhancing resilience and adaptability

We will also be launching the WIS Your Leadership Voice scholarship, which will allow a WIS Victorian member to attend the Your Leadership Voice: Women in Focus program in 2019.  


Professor Anne Lytle, Director of Leadership and Program Director at Monash Business School has been teaching, consulting and training individuals, teams and organisations in negotiation, conflict management, emotional intelligence, leadership and managing people and teams for high performance for more than 20 years. Anne is passionate about creating sustainable learning and behaviour change, especially facilitating women to achieve their leadership aspirations.
