learn from the best

Access to senior women in our profession is so often difficult to get, and as we all know, the opportunity to have meaningful time with real industry leaders can make a resounding difference to our career trajectories.

That's why we are both proud and excited to advise that our enormously popular, member-only, event is returning for an eighth consecutive year! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain candid insights from senior leaders on how to build your career in the superannuation and financial services industry, and should definitely not be missed.

The format of the event will be slightly different this year, with more focus on networking, based on feedback from previous years. After registration and a brief networking session, we will move into groups no bigger than 10. You will have 30 minutes to speak with one of the industry leaders about their career journey and any tips they may have for career development. Be sure to come prepared with interesting questions in order to stimulate discussion! Tables will then be rotated and you can do it all again with another industry leader. We will then wrap up with more networking over a casual lunch.

We are thrilled to announce that the following leaders are already confirmed as some of this year’s mentors:

  • Leeanne Turner (CEO, MTAA Super)
  • Vicki Doyle (CEO, Rest)
  • Nicole Gower (Board Director, UniSuper)
  • Kylie Willment (CIO, Mercer Investments)
  • Tanya Branwhite (Head of Portfolio Construction, TCorp)
  • Marian Azer (Managing Director, RBC I&TS)
  • Josephine Sukkar (Principal, Buildcorp Group)
  • Graeme Arnott (CEO, StatePlus)
  • Sofie Sullivan-Becaus (Head of the Asset Manager & Insurance Segment, J.P. Morgan)
  • Sally Collier (NED Utilities of Australia, NED Pendal Group)
  • Ian Martin (Chair at QIC, UniSuper and The Wayside Chapel Foundation)

You can find the biographies of our senior leaders here.
