The WIS SA annual speed mentoring session is back with a new panel of mentors who will provide attendees with practical and valuable insights into career progression and leadership.

Our mentors come from a range of different industries and backgrounds.  Each mentor has a wealth of experience in their chosen field and will be able to share valuable “lessons learned” from their own experiences, successes and challenges along the way.

We ask that attendees come prepared with any questions you wish to ask that might be helpful as you reflect on your own development and leadership experiences, challenges and goals.

This lunchtime event will start with a light networking lunch for 30 minutes, during which we will introduce our three mentors, and will be followed by the “Speed Mentoring” session.  For the Speed Mentoring, attendees will be split into three groups in three separate rooms.  Each group will be joined by a different mentor and will have the opportunity to ask questions for 20 minutes.  The mentors will then rotate rooms.  There will be three 20 minute sessions, totalling one hour.

This year our mentors include:

 - Professor Bogda Koczwara: Medical Oncologist at Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer
 - Dr Gemma Munro: Co-Founder and Director at Inkling
 - Peter Siebels: Chair at Electricity Industry Superannuation Scheme
