Women in Super invites you to join us in conversation with Dascia Bennett, Chief Executive, Super SA, as she candidly reflects on her diverse career experiences within the superannuation industry as well as the insights and lessons learnt along the way.

During this session, Dascia will share with us her experiences and advice on navigating career development, in addition to building leadership skills and resilience in times of change.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask Dascia additional questions during the session.


Dascia Bennett has over 18 years’ experience in the superannuation industry working in the not-for-profit sector, including for a number of leading industry and public sector funds (Australian Super, REST, EISS and NGS Super).  Dascia’s experience includes leading customer focused areas of business (including employer and member services), business development, brand management, operations and key stakeholder management.

Prior to working in the finance industry, Dascia worked in advisory and consultancy roles for federal and state Governments in education and regional development.

Dasica holds a Bachelor of Arts/Public Policy (Flinders University), Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), a Certificate in Superannuation Fund Management, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and Australian School of Business (University NSW) AGSM Executive Program.
