2020 was the year of working from home – we take a look at what the future of work looks like, and strategies for how to make the ‘new normal’ work for you.
Can that impossibly elusive dream of ‘work life balance’ finally be reached in a post pandemic world? Can working from home forever be a thing, and is it a silver bullet for everyone? The reality is, it’s all up in the air. Uncertainty is the new normal and we’re having to be more agile and relaxed with constant change than ever before. Workplaces are responding differently and there’s a lot of commentary and speculation about the future of work as we know it.
So what can we do? Look after ourselves, that’s what. Join us for a discussion with Executive Coach and Learning and Development extraordinaire Renee Curtiss to understand how to put in place holistic and sustainable practices to support your continued professional development, and how to foster emotional resilience in an ever-changing world – all while avoiding all too real ‘burnout’.
Come along to hear:
Don’t miss the opportunity to learn how to maximise a hybrid work model, for a better working year and more dynamic 2021.
