thriving in the new normal

Flexibility was the prized workplace benefit, until everyone had to be flexible, connecting with workmates was easy, until it wasn’t, being able to do it all and keep going was the mantra until the toll was simply too big. We know we have to find a way to thrive in the New Normal, and there’s no road map, so how do we do it?

Executive coaches, authors and gender equity advocates Kate Boorer and Fiona Pearman share their insights, expertise and the research to equip you with the mindset and practical, how-to strategies to meet the complexities of the hybrid work environment and craft the career and work experiences you desire.

Drawing on their extensive experience with clients and personal stories, this interactive session will provoke you to think differently about your potential to achieve your biggest goals, not despite the challenges – but because you are resourced to meet them full on and share all of who you are.

In this dynamic session, you will learn sustainable practices to support you in the new hybrid working model, such as:

  • Being visible by articulating and sharing your value
  • Facing your fears and address the roadblocks of self-doubt and the inner critic
  • Asking for what you want, so you are in good exchange with your workplace
  • Setting and enforcing boundaries in way that lands well
  • Reconnecting to the joy that underpins a thriving mindset

We’ve all learnt to be more resilient than we thought possible over the past few years, and while that has been an impressive achievement, now is the time to understand how to implement the sustainable practices and choices to ensure that we move from surviving to thriving.
