Despite the growing evidence showing that gender diversity on boards provides financial, performance and social benefits, women are still well under-represented on boards across all industries.

We are, however, noticing a shift, and more and more organisations are actively looking to change and increase their female board representation, so there has never been a better time to put yourself forward for these sorts of opportunities.
