One of the most instructive findings from research is that leadership commitment to gender equality is crucial to achieving meaningful change.

Key findings shared by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency highlights that organisations who take targeted and strategic actions have demonstrated significant positive change such as:
- a faster reduction in their gender pay gap relative to other organisations who are subject to the same reporting requirement;
- a greater proportion of women in all levels of management when compared to non-reporting organisations;
- a stronger pipeline of women moving into senior management roles; and
- a higher representation of women on their boards.

Join us to hear insights from Professor Elizabeth Hill, a leading researcher on the future of women, work and care in Australia. She will be joined by a panel of industry leaders, including:
  • Sonia Baillie: Head of Income Assets, Aware Super
  • Michele Glover: Chief Colleague Officer, AustralianSuper
  • Antony Shaw: Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Australia
Who will share the actions their organisations have taken to address the gender disparity, their key learnings from their change journey as well as any targeted metrics and measures for success.
