Our monthly Lunch & Learn sessions are designed to provide access to speakers you otherwise wouldn't get a chance to hear from, on a range of topics, in an informal way.

These exclusive member-only events are designed to bring our speakers to a broader audience – we recognise that not everyone can attend our live events, due to location or budgetary limitations, but that doesn’t mean you should miss out!

Menstruation and menopause are workplace issues – they affect work performance, worker confidence, promotion opportunities and even tenure in the workforce. When the FSU asked their members how menopause and menstruation impacted them, 79% said it impacted their ability to perform their work, and 36% said they were more likely to retire early as a result.

With the gender pay gap in the finance sector at 26.1%, it is critical that we all work to create workplaces where women can fully participate and advance until they reach retirement age.

In this session, we will discuss the evidence base for menstruation and menopause-related accommodations and entitlements along with practical steps that all employers can take to support workers experiencing menstruation and menopause.
