He brings a wealth of experience from top-tier global organisations including Deloitte, American Express, and Unilever, where he has led initiatives to attract top talent, drive high performance, and foster cultures of ESG and wellbeing. Breckon lives with his family on Kameraigal saltwater Country on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

•    Jamie Holder, Head of Talent, MUFG Retirement Solutions
Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent, spanning startups, global agencies, internal talent teams, and RPOs. In 2024, she transitioned into a broader Talent leadership role, overseeing areas including Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Capability Building, Career Pathway Programs, Succession Planning, and Employer Branding. She is passionate about building talent strategies that enable both individual career growth and organisational success.

•    Peter Austin, Senior Account Director, LinkedIn
With nearly two decades of experience in the recruitment and talent sector across ANZ, Peter has held senior roles at Randstad before moving to LinkedIn, where he now works with large enterprises to shape HR and end-to-end talent strategies through LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions suite. He brings a deep understanding of the talent landscape and a commitment to helping organisations attract and retain high-performing teams. Outside of work, Peter is a proud father to Frankie (3) and Harry (5).
