Jo Kowalczyk, CEO of Women in Super

Jo Kowalczyk is the CEO of Women in Super (WIS) - the peak superannuation body exclusively for women; working with women to provide support and opportunities for professional development and networking; and to advocate for a superannuation system that has gender equality at its core. Jo has over two decades of experience in the education and trade union movement; from advocate to academic, organiser to official, - and everything in between. Jo is passionate about member engagement and development and is excited about the work that WIS is doing with its members advocating for meaningful change for women’s retirement outcomes.

Natalie Lister, Director of Women in Super and the Chair of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee

Natalie is the Executive Manager Super Recoveries at Industry Funds Services and is responsible for the operations and growth of the Super Recoveries team, as well as overseeing service delivery and development, ensuring services meet the needs of clients. She previously held the role of Head of Finance, with over 20 years of experience in the Superannuation Industry. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, Master of Applied Finance and is a member of Chartered Accounts Australia & New Zealand.

Victoria Jones, Director of Women in Super and the Chair of the Professional Development Committee

Victoria is Capability and Leadership Manager at UniSuper and is passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities for WIS members. She is a Learning & Development professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting, designing, and delivering diverse learning initiatives across higher education, retail, and financial services in Australia and the UK. Before joining the super sector in 2019, Victoria held previous positions at Specsavers, Forever New and The Arcadia Group in London and believes that moving into superannuation was the best decision for her personal and professional development.

Ailsa Goodwin, Director of Women in Super and the Chair of the Policy Committee

Ailsa has been a member of Women in Super's Policy Committee since 2017 and Chair since 2023. She is Head of Risk and Compliance at the Victorian Funds Management Corporation. Before joining VFMC, Ailsa led Cbus' Advocacy, Policy and Government Relations functions, then established and led Cbus' Regulatory Affairs function. Ailsa is passionate about super policy and has also worked in policy leadership roles at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees and Industry Super Australia (together, now the Super Members Council) and ASIC.

Morgan Houston, Director and Chair of the Events Committee

Morgan is a strategic partnership leader with a passion for driving meaningful collaboration in the for-purpose, charitable, and healthcare sectors. At HESTA, she cultivates innovative partnerships and financial wellness programs designed to empower members to face their financial future with confidence. Morgan is committed to creating opportunities that deliver lasting impact for HESTA members, 80% of whom are women, and the broader community. Prior to HESTA she held a number of marketing and events focused positions at some of Australia’s most iconic not for profits, including her work leading special events across the much-loved McGrath Foundation’s Pink Test.
