Access to senior women in our profession is so often difficult to get, and the opportunity to network with real industry leaders – providing us with candid insights into their roles and responsibilities, and how they got there – should not be missed!

We have put together a list of exceptional women who are willing to share their insight and learnings with our members. In facilitated mentoring sessions, you will learn how these inspiring leaders developed their careers and achieved their success, how to create a realistic work/life balance, and anything else you want to know, but haven't had the opportunity to ask!

These intimate group sessions will give each participant the opportunity to hear from the mentors, through timed 20 minute talks. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

• Simone de Laine with over 20-years’ experience delivering impactful people and culture outcomes for a wide range of businesses across industries including sport, media, entertainment, information technology and property, Simone brings a wealth of experience in developing and executing effective strategies that encompass the entirety of the employee lifecycle. Her expertise extends to attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent within organisations. Her passion lies in cultivating high-performance cultures within organisations by harnessing the power of teams and leadership dynamics. Renowned for her ability to deliver effective programs, she has become a trusted partner for organisations, supporting them in understanding how behaviours and relationships influence team and organisational culture. Through her guidance, individuals and teams are empowered to foster environments that cultivate high performance.

• Lorna Harrison with over 20 years’ experience in the superannuation and financial services sector, Lorna Harrison is currently the responsible Director for Operations at Super SA which includes administration, data integrity and insurance and claims management. Lorna holds an Accounting Degree (Uni SA), a Diploma of Superannuation Management (Macquarie University) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

• Kylie Paull is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at AustralianSuper, proudly based in Adelaide and has been part of the team for over six years. Her superpower? Talking - a lot. But it’s not just chatter, it’s purposeful communication. Whether she’s engaging with candidates, partnering with hiring managers, refining role titles, or guiding candidates through the AustralianSuper application process, Kylie brings energy, empathy, and a genuine knack for connection. Her warmth and clarity make her a go-to person for navigating recruitment with confidence and care.
