Watch the journey of positive psycho-therapist Marie McLeod take on a group of every day people all with mental health struggles. The film shows what can happen when each of them are offered interventions that are grounded in positive psychology, neuroscience and wellbeing science. With unprecedented access; the result is an intimate, heartfelt and hopeful film that offers a rare glimpse into the lives of 7 people who make incredible transformations as a result of learning ‘How to Thrive’.

Marie McLeod is a leading Australian Positive Psychotherapist, coach, and facilitator with over 25 years experience working with individuals, teams, and systems. She is a qualified social worker with postgraduate training in Adult Education and Positive Psychology and was featured as the central expert in the documentary How to Thrive. Marie is known for translating complex wellbeing science into everyday language and tools, and for her warm, down-to-earth facilitation style, creating safe, engaging learning environments leaving lasting impact.

Justine Hartman is Cbus Super's Chief People Officer, a critical role on the executive team responsible for driving the Cbus’s culture and people performance. With more than two decades of experience in the superannuation industry, Justine has dedicated her time in the sector to aligning employee experience with member experience. During her 10 years at Cbus Super, she has held key leadership roles in talent and employee experience, driving significant growth and transformation to uplift Cbus’ people to meet the needs of Cbus’ members. Passionate about leadership and diversity, Justine has a proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes inclusion, excellence, and development at all levels.
