In a time when career growth and connection matter more than ever, Women in Super’s Speed Mentoring offers members a rare opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the ways our female leaders navigate challenges, make decisions and shape the future of super. 

Proudly supported by Norton Rose Fulbright, the event features a diverse range of exceptional women in the industry who will share their unique insights and learnings with our members. In small group rotations, you will learn how these inspiring women developed their careers and achieved their success, how to create a realistic work/life balance, and anything else you want to know but haven't had the opportunity to ask! 

Through timed 20-minute rotations, these intimate group conversations are designed to enable each participant to experience genuine connections and interactions with 2-3 mentors, selected at random. We’ve created small groups to facilitate multiple opportunities for individuals to ask questions and have meaningful discussions.
