In a time when career growth and connection matter more than ever, Women in Super’s Speed Mentoring offers members a rare opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the ways these female leaders navigate challenges, make decisions and shape the future of super. 

We’ve curated a diverse range of exceptional women in the industry who are happy to share their unique insights and learnings with our members. In small group rotations, you will learn how these inspiring women developed their careers and achieved their success, how to create a realistic work/life balance, and anything else you want to know, but haven't had the opportunity to ask! 

You’ll be part of intimate group conversations designed to enable each participant to experience genuine connections and interactions with 2-3 mentors, selected at random, through timed 20-minute rotations within each group. We’ve purposefully created small groups so that each individual participant can experience multiple opportunities for questions and meaningful discussion.
