Mary Delahunty - CEO, Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia
Since stepping into the role of CEO in 2024, Mary Delahunty has worked to elevate the superannuation sector, strengthening its impact and reinforcing ASFA’s 60-year legacy of leadership. She combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of the sector, uniting the industry to ensure ASFA continues to play a pivotal role in advancing superannuation.

Linda Elkins – Non-Executive Director, AMP Limited Board and AMP Bank Board
Linda has more than 30 years of experience across the superannuation and broader wealth management sector. She was appointed to the AMP Limited Board and the AMP Bank Board as a Non-Executive Director in September 2025. 

Joan Fitzpatrick – President, ESS Super
Joan was appointed President of the ESSSuper Board in February 2016 and has more than 40 years of experience in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. She is the Chair of Catholic Church Insurance, the Hardman Group and RAF Hargrave and is a Non-Executive Director of AFL Players Injury & Hardship Fund and the Defence Bank. Joan also runs a private consulting business, Alvearium Pty Ltd, and provides pro bono consulting to various charities and causes. She has a particular focus on mentoring women and championing women’s equality.

Nicole Oborne – Partner, Superannuation & Asset Management Assurance Leader, PwC Australia
Nicole joined PwC 21 years ago and is now a partner. She services the superannuation and asset management sectors, including strategic growth support, transparency assurance and navigation or mergers. Nicole is also a Non-Executive Director of the Mother’s Day Classic Foundation and takes an active role as Chair of the CPA Australia Retirement Savings Centre of Excellence.
