Session overview:
Psychological safety denotes an organisational culture where team members feel safe to share their ideas, speak up to challenge suggestions and admit to mistakes without fear of negative consequences. Regulations supporting workers' rights to a psychologically safe and healthy workplace are newly in place across Victoria. This lunch and learn will explain what psychological safety is (and what it isn't), why it matters and what behaviours we want to foster to drive this culture.
