Renae Anderson - Senior Manager (Advice Engagement & Alliances), UniSuper
Renae Anderson is a senior financial advice leader with over 20 years’ experience in superannuation, spanning scaled and comprehensive advice, licensee leadership, and national adviser teams. As Senior Manager, Advice Engagement & Alliances at UniSuper, she shapes advice strategy, builds strategic partnerships, and leads initiatives to lift member outcomes, with a particular focus on helping women confidently navigate the super gender gap. A long standing Women in Super member, Renae has served as VIC Committee Member and Secretary, been profiled in “Leading by Example”, and regularly presents at women’s events focused on financial confidence and retirement readiness.  She was also Highly Commended in the 2024 Women in Wealth Awards – Superannuation Professional of the Year, recognised for her leadership, advocacy, and commitment to improving outcomes for women in super.
