You will also hear about Professor Ramona Vijeyarasa’s innovative AI-powered framework designed to identify gender bias in legislation before it becomes law, an approach that has clear relevance to Women in Super’s advocacy efforts.

Aubrey Blanche is Director of Ethical Advisory & Strategic Partnerships at The Ethics Centre and a global expert in building more equitable systems in business and technology. A leading voice on responsible AI and organisational culture, she is currently studying AI Ethics and Society at Cambridge University. 

Professor Ramona Vijeyarasa- University of Technology Sydney
Professor Ramona Vijeyarasa is the inaugural Chair on Gender and the Law at the University of Technology Sydney. She created the ground breaking Gender Legislative Index, which uses human expertise and machine learning to assess how laws around the world support gender equality.
