Driving Gender Equality Through Action and Accountability
How progress is strengthened when everyone is part of the work
Achieving gender equality requires more than awareness – it requires united action.
In this Lunch & Learn session, we explore ways men can actively contribute to conversations, advocacy and action to help ensure accountability around gender equality is the standard across the superannuation sector.
This session focuses on practical, action-oriented approaches. Participants will gain insights into how to foster constructive conversations, build shared accountability, and encourage meaningful action in everyday workplace interactions.
Through discussion and real-world examples, this session will support members (and their male colleagues) to influence change, strengthen workplace dynamics, and contribute to more inclusive and equitable environments.
Why attend?
Progress accelerates when responsibility is shared and action is visible.

How to register a male-identifying colleague for this Member-Only online event
Members who register for this Lunch & Learn and wish to bring a male colleague should register for two tickets. Through the Member Portal, the second ticket will need to be allocated to a male-identifying colleague who is eager to engage in conversations of awareness, advocacy, accountability and action toward gender equity in both professional and personal environments. Those who have registered and allocated their tickets accordingly will receive a 'See You Soon' email three days prior to the L&L Session with a Zoom link, followed by a 'Day of Event See You Soon' email with a Zoom link.
