Deborah brings more than 25 years of experience across executive leadership, coaching and board roles, working closely with senior leaders and executives to navigate complexity, strengthen leadership impact and realise their full potential.

Deborah Wilson, FAICD 
Deborah has over two decades of experience partnering with individuals and organisations to provide guidance and support, career and leader programs that translate into positive outcomes. She is one of three female shareholders and Head Strategy & Performance at OnTalent. 

As a highly experienced Executive Coach and Facilitator, Deborah works with C-Suite clients leading themselves and their organisations through changing and complex environments. She has a proven track record in working with Executives to support them in realising their potential – helping them push through the barriers and challenges that often prohibit growth. Realising their leadership aspirations and delivering their strategy through building individual, team and organisational capability. 
With over 25 years in executive roles, including CEO of a listed entity, Deborah brings commerciality, a great understanding of people and organisational dynamics and a practical approach to change and success. In addition, she has a Board Career spanning some 20 years having served on multiple entities such as TAFE Queensland; Former Origin Greats (FOGs); ThomsonAdsett Architects; and Australia’s CEO Challenge. 

She holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership and is a Fellow, Institute of Company Directors. She is passionate about careers and leadership and the impact this can have on all elements of our lives. Deborah is very happy to share her knowledge and expertise via keynote presentations.
