Amanda Bennie – Head of Technology – HESTA
Amanda is General Manager, Technology at HESTA, where she leads the fund's technology strategy and its rapidly growing enterprise AI capability — from production AI assistants to building the foundations for scaling AI safely and responsibly. With a career spanning technology leadership roles at Cbus Property and Gadens, she brings a practical, hands-on view of what it takes to put AI to work without compromising reliability. Amanda is also a passionate advocate for people leadership and women in tech. 

Ashutosh Kochhar – Vice President and Technology & Cyber Risk and Chief Information Risk Officer (APAC), Northern Trust
Ashutosh Kochhar is Vice President – Technology & Cyber Risk and Chief Information Risk Officer (APAC) at Northern Trust. With over 20 years of experience, he advises boards and executives on regulatory compliance, enterprise resilience, data governance, and secure AI adoption. A Chairman’s Award recipient, he is a recognised thought leader and frequent speaker at industry forums, including CISO Melbourne 2026.

Ranay Moore - AI Solution Designer, Aware Super
As AI Solution Designer at Aware Super, she works across AI and technology solutions to drive better outcomes for the business and its members. Previously at Telstra Super, Ranay led the launch of the AI Claims Assistant — a generative AI tool providing real-time support to members at key moments in their financial journey. A strong advocate for practical, human-centered AI in financial services, Ranay brings a grounded practitioner's perspective to the future of AI in super.

Anita Owen – Chief Delivery Officer, Novigi
Anita Owen is Chief Delivery Officer at Novigi, leading one of the largest professional services teams in Australian superannuation and wealth management. With over 18 years’ experience, she has delivered large-scale transformation programs, including platform implementations and data environments supporting hundreds of thousands of members. Anita now works closely with clients to navigate emerging technologies and new programs, including AI, with a focus on scalable, practical and sustainable solutions.

Alice Tang – Chief Delivery Officer, Amplify AI
Alice Tang is Co-CEO of Amplify AI Group, where she helps superannuation and financial services organisations strengthen their AI capabilities through training and agentic AI solutions. She brings over 25 years of experience across Macquarie, MA Financial, and Deloitte, including serving as COO of MA Asset Management, where she helped grow AUM to $10.3bn. Alice is an award-winning digital transformation leader and an active mentor and contributor to Women in Super.
