LOOKING FORWARD FOR ANOTHER 30 YEARS

And just like that – we’ve hit October, and the end of the year is looming large. While we focus on making sure we get through all our planned work, we are also getting very excited about 2024 and being able to celebrate our milestone 30^th Anniversary. But it is not all about parties, great events, and fantastic opportunities for members, it is also timely for us to be thinking about what we want the next 30 years to look like for Women in Super. We know over that time the industry has changed and so have our members, and so we want to ensure that we honour our past with an eye firmly on the future.

We recently engaged Right Lane Consulting to help us engage in a conversation with our volunteer committee and Board members, and with our industry partners and corporate members around their expectations of membership and participation, and their ideas for deepening our relationships, enhancing and targeting our offerings, and ensuring that we remain a sustainable organisation.

It has been so heartening to see the support and the trust that members have in the work that we do and witness their absolute commitment to ensuring we continue to grow and strengthen the critical role that we play within the industry and the community more broadly.

This week, every member will have received a survey that seeks your individual input into the review process. It will only take you 5-10 minutes to complete, and it is open for submission until 18 October. As a member based organization, your voices are paramount and we encourage you to find those minutes to give us your feedback and help us to determine, where to from here.
