WISdom Mentoring Program

Mentoring opportunities are the most sought after and requested offering for Women in Super members, and we are extremely excited to announce that in 2025 - thanks to the support of our incredible network - we will finally make this a reality!

This six-month program will combine small group mentoring sessions (1x mentor to 3x mentees) and formal professional development sessions facilitated by industry experts. Available exclusively to Women in Super members, with a particular focus on women who are returning to the workforce after a career break, mentees will be matched with a key leader within the industry.

The program is open to anyone who can be available in Melbourne at the times and dates of all in-person activities.

Places in the program are strictly limited as there will be no more than three mentees in each group. Applications will be assessed in order of receipt, noting that payment will be required ahead of the launch event for final confirmation.
