WISdom Mentoring Program

Mentoring opportunities are the most sought after and requested offering for Women in Super members, and we are extremely excited to announce that following the success of our pilot earlier in 2025 - an thanks to the support of our incredible network - we are launching our next in person cohort in Sydney. 

This six-month program will combine small group mentoring sessions (1x mentor to 3x mentees) and formal professional development sessions facilitated by industry experts. Our next program intake is available exclusively to Women in Super members, with a particular focus on mid-career women who are looking to advance or seek a fresh focus. Mentees will be matched with a key leader within the industry.

Places in the program are strictly limited as there will be no more than three mentees in each group. Applications will be assessed in order of receipt, noting that payment will be required ahead of the launch event for final confirmation.  If you would like to participate but are not yet a member, please join Women in Super today.
